Banking And Finance Lawyer
Job Description
I am working with a well regarded London firm who are looking to add to their finance team. You will be working across a wide range of financing matters in various sectors including sports, real estate, green energy and receivables financing while running your own caseload with the support of the Partners. You will be involved in transactions from beginning to end including complex closings and overseeing post completion matters.
This role also offers genuine Partner track potential for the right candidate who can build their own following and help enhance the team\'s profile.
The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience working on a range of financing matters and be looking for a role that allows them to move towards Partnership in the coming years. Lender side experience would be of particular interest.
