Advanced Adolescent Care Solutions are looking to recruit Bank Residential Support Workers to join our expanding company. The homes are all solo placements for children whom are supported by two staff at all times. We support young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties along with other complex needs and can display behaviours that challenge.

As a Bank Support Worker you will be a working along side an experienced member of the team answering to the Home Manager and providing high standards of care and support to the young person residing in the home.

This position is on a as needed basis and you would be covering a 24 hour shift as this includes a sleep in night shift.

We are recruiting for BANK SUPPORT STAFF in the following areas:

You will be doing the following:

Support the young person in learning life skills and developing their independence.

Manage the well-being and behaviour of young person ensuring behaviour's are addressed promptly and sensitively in line with the care and support plan and following all risk management plans.

Support the young person in daily activities, trips out and family contact if required .

To Support and encourage educational engagement.

Ensure the home is kept to a high standard of cleanliness.

Prepare meals and engage in assisting the young person develop their independence skills.

Pay: 233.15 per day
