We are looking for a

Banks Person

to join our Operations team in Brent. This is a key role responsible for ensuring the safe movement of vehicles and machinery across a busy construction site. If you're experienced in site traffic coordination and committed to site safety, we want to hear from you.

About the Role

The Banks Person plays a vital role in maintaining the safe flow of traffic and machinery across the site. You will be responsible for delivering clear directions, managing vehicle movement, and supporting the logistics team as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Direct vehicle and plant movement across the work site Recommend and implement safe, site-specific traffic systems Communicate clear and correct signals to drivers and machinery operators Use verbal, radio, and industry-standard hand signals to maintain site safety Identify and manage common site risks, such as vehicle blind spots Control traffic to minimise queuing and reduce on-site congestion Support the logistics team during quieter delivery periods Adhere to all on-site safety procedures and protocols
Essential Criteria

Valid

CSCS Card

RoSPA Level 2 Award in Banksman Duties

Experience working on construction sites Strong communication skills and attention to safety Must be

based in Brent
