About the Role
We are looking for talented and enthusiastic
Banqueting Chefs of all levels
to join our growing kitchen team. Whether you are an experienced Sous Chef, a skilled Chef de Partie, or a Commis eager to learn, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career while contributing to unforgettable guest experiences.
Working alongside our senior chefs, you will support in preparing, cooking, and delivering high-quality food for a wide range of weddings, conferences, and private functions. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, where teamwork, creativity, and consistency are key.
Key Responsibilities
Depending on your level, you will:
Prepare and present food to a consistently high standard
Support with prep and service across all sections of the kitchen
Contribute to the smooth execution of weddings, conferences, and banqueting functions
Follow kitchen procedures and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety
Assist with training, mentoring, and supporting junior team members
Work closely with senior chefs, helping to plan ahead for upcoming events
We are seeking passionate, reliable, and motivated chefs with a genuine enthusiasm for food and events. Experience in professional kitchens is essential, ideally within banqueting or large-scale catering.
You should also bring:
Strong food preparation and cooking skills
Good communication and teamwork
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
Attention to detail and pride in presentation
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Understanding of food hygiene and safety practices
