Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join our team as Bar and Waiting Staff at Belmont House Hotel. This role involves delivering excellent customer service in both our bar and restaurant areas, ensuring guests have a memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and serve guests in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly Prepare and serve beverages at the bar Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all service areas Assist with setting up and clearing tables Handle customer queries and complaints with a positive attitude Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams
Requirements:
Experience in hospitality or customer service is desirable but not essential A positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
