About Us:

Role Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Bar and Floor Staff to join our team. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, perfect for individuals who enjoy working with people and thrive in a team-oriented setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Bar Staff:

Prepare and serve drinks efficiently and accurately, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Maintain cleanliness and organisation behind the bar. Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management. Provide friendly and engaging service to all customers.

Floor Staff:

Greet and seat guests, ensuring a welcoming experience. Take orders and serve food and drinks promptly. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining and bar areas. Assist with clearing tables and resetting them for new guests. Handle customer inquiries or concerns with professionalism.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a bar or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. A positive attitude and passion for providing excellent customer service.
