We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar and floor Staff to join our vibrant team. Bar Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored.
Assist with food preparation as required, adhering to food safety standards to ensure the highest quality of service.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, reporting any shortages or needs for reordering.
Uphold responsible serving practices, ensuring compliance with licensing laws and regulations.
Floor Duties
Answer questions about the buffet items and food choices.
Assist guests in finding food, especially if they need help with particular items or dietary restrictions.
Ensure guests have clean plates, utensils, and drinks.
Clear tables quickly after customers finish eating.
Wipe down tables, chairs, and high-touch surfaces to maintain hygiene.
Ensure floors are clean and free of debris.
Your duties may vary depending on the specific needs of the restaurant and management expectations. It's essential to stay proactive and assist wherever help is required during your shift.
Requirements
Previous experience in bartending or hospitality is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidates.
Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a team-oriented environment.
A proactive attitude towards helping others, whether it be colleagues or customers.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
A passion for catering and providing an exceptional dining experience will be an advantage.
