F&B Team Member | Dulse | Edinburgh

Dulse Seafood & Wine by Dean Banks, is looking for an experienced F&B team member to join the team.

About the Role:

Dulse Seafood & Wine is a modern neighbourhood restaurant by Chef Dean Banks in the heart of the West End, celebrating the best of Scottish seafood, warm service, and thoughtfully crafted drinks. We're looking for a friendly, confident and hospitality-driven

Front of House team member

to join our small, passionate team. We take pride in delivering personal and exceptional service with a bit of fun.

Your role will include (but not limited to):

- Shaking, stirring and pouring drinks to a high standard

-Carrying plates, taking orders, and delivering relaxed but attentive service

-Guiding guests through our menu and wine list

-Maintaining a clean, efficient, and friendly FOH environment

-Supporting the team to ensure smooth service from start to finish

-Taking bookings via email and phone

About the candidate:

Experience working both

behind the bar

and

on the floor

You will have a high standard of customer service & attention to detail

Strong communication skills and a naturally warm, welcoming personality

A genuine interest in great food, wine, and guest experience

Ability to stay calm and organised during busy services

A team player who's happy to support wherever needed

Weekend and evening availability

Dulse Seafood & Wine is Dean Banks latest creation. Dulse is a neighbourhood friendly bar & restaurant. We are all about using the finest Scottish Seafood & produce we can find. We have a Scottish only back bar featuring cocktails that play off our food menu ingredients. Our menu features a variety seasonal small plates and large plates with daily changing Day Boat fish specials.

Opening Times:

Monday & Tuesday 5pm-Late

Wednesday - Sunday 12:00pm-Late.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
