Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and personable Bar and Waiting Staff to join our team. The ideal candidates MUST have previous experience, will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and a keen interest in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons. This role involves serving drinks, assisting with food service, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience in a lively environment. Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is advantageous, along with barista experience and knowledge of food safety standards. Applicants MUST be able to work evenings and weekends as required on a rota basis

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with company standards. Take orders from customers accurately and efficiently, providing friendly and attentive service. Assist with food preparation and presentation as required, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and organisation. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies. Handle cash transactions accurately and operate the till system. Support the team during busy periods by assisting with general duties such as stock replenishment and cleaning. Create a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits and positive customer interactions.

Qualifications

Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality roles is ESSENTIAL Knowledge of food safety standards is desirable. Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional manner. Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods. A proactive attitude with excellent organisational skills. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or shifts as required by the venue's operating hours. A genuine interest in hospitality and providing exceptional customer service. Pay: 7.50-12.21 per hour
