We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bar. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service in a vibrant atmosphere. Duties

Manage the bar operations, including staff supervision, inventory control, and ordering supplies. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar. Lead and train bar staff in serving techniques, cocktail preparation, and customer service excellence. Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop innovative drink menus that complement our culinary offerings. Monitor stock levels and manage food production to ensure quality and consistency in all beverages served. Foster a positive work environment through effective team management and leadership practices. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times. Maintain records of sales, expenses, and staff performance for reporting purposes.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably with restaurant or hotel experience. Strong supervisory experience with a focus on team management and leadership skills. Culinary experience is highly desirable, along with knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques. Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices in food production. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both staff and customers. Previous experience as a barista or in a bar setting is an advantage. A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding service to guests.
