We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar and floor supervisor to lead our bar and floor team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a solid understanding of food and beverage operations. As supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bar, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of service and quality.
You will start on a wage of 12.21, with an increase to 12.50 once fully trained.
You will be required to work most/all Sundays, but we do not need someone who can work every Friday and Saturday as we already have two supervisors who can do these days, but would be required to be flexible incase of holiday cover.
