We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar/ cocktail Manager to oversee our bar operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and leadership, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for managing the bar staff, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons. Your role will involve supervising daily operations, maintaining high standards of quality, and fostering a positive team environment.
Responsibilities
Supervise and manage bar staff to ensure efficient service and adherence to company policies.
Oversee the preparation and presentation of beverages, ensuring consistency and quality.
Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and health standards within the bar area.
Train and mentor staff in bartending techniques, customer service skills, and product knowledge.
Collaborate with culinary teams to create innovative drink pairings that enhance the dining experience.
Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and controlling costs effectively.
Develop and implement promotional strategies to increase bar sales and enhance customer engagement.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction at all times.

Qualifications
Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or bar setting is essential.
Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, beverage preparation, and cocktail recipes.
