Weekend Cocktail Bar & Nightclub Manager - Part-Time (Kent)

Job Summary

We're launching an exciting new concept in Kent - a stylish cocktail bar by day, and a vibrant nightlife spot by weekend. We're hiring a part-time Bar & Events Manager to run the venue during our most dynamic hours: Friday nights, Saturday brunch & club nights, and relaxed live music Sundays.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in hospitality, can build atmosphere, and manage staff, music, and guest experience with energy and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead bar operations on Friday & Saturday nights (cocktail bar + nightclub vibe)

Organise and host Saturday daytime events: either Bottomless Brunch or Afternoon Tea with a twist

Fully manage live music bookings for Sunday afternoons, including contacting musicians, scheduling, and stage setup

Handle DJ bookings and coordination for weekend nights

Supervise bar staff and floor team, manage customer flow and health & safety

Maintain an upbeat, safe, and welcoming environment

Bring fresh ideas to keep weekends exciting and well-attended

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in bar/nightclub/event management

Confidence in booking entertainment (DJs, live musicians, acts)

A natural organiser with leadership presence

Flexibility, reliability, and strong communication skills

Passion for quality service, music, and nightlife culture
