CARRIAGES KILMACOLM is on the hunt for more BAR/FLOOR Staff to add to its amazing team!

The successful candidates will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, being hands on and ensuring the venue Bar & Restaurant areas runs smoothly. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with company standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Engage with guests, providing recommendations and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies. Assist with food preparation as needed, collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely service. Support delivery drivers by coordinating orders and ensuring timely dispatch when required. Uphold health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance with licensing laws and hygiene standards.
Requirements

Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests. A background in culinary or kitchen operations is advantageous. Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment. Excellent phone etiquette for handling reservations and guest inquiries. A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 28 per week
