Duties

Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness are maintained. Manage and train bar staff, promoting teamwork and effective communication within the team. Develop and implement innovative drink menus that reflect current trends while catering to customer preferences. Supervise the preparation of beverages, ensuring quality and consistency in every drink served. Maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed while managing costs effectively. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as licensing laws. Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to enhance guest satisfaction. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service during busy periods.

Experience

Proven experience in a bar management role within the hospitality or restaurant industry is essential. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. A background in food preparation or culinary arts is advantageous, enhancing collaboration with kitchen staff. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software is preferred. A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to continuous improvement in service delivery.
