Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar Manager to run the daily operations of our small niche bar in Denbigh Town centre. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in bar work and basic food preparation, demonstrating leadership skills with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. As the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring food safety standards are met, as well as managing regular live acts, social media and marketing.

Responsibilities

Lead, manage staff, and acts Ensure consistency in food preparation and delivery Implement and maintain food safety protocols in accordance with health regulations Develop innovative drink menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences. Monitor inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to ensure stock availability while minimising waste. Train staff on beverage preparation techniques, customer service excellence, and food safety practices. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction. Ensure social media and events are kept up to date Find new acts and entertainment Ensure prices and costs deliver profitability with expected quality

Experience

Proven experience in a bar management or similar role within the hospitality industry is essential. Strong knowledge of food production processes and culinary practices is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability in team management, showcasing effective leadership skills. Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to food service is required. Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. A passion for hospitality combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Pay: 22,950.00-27,950.00 per year
