, a beautiful country pub in the heart of Tilford, known for its stunning garden, vibrant events, and warm hospitality.

With two busy bars -- our main indoor bar and a large purpose-built outdoor garden bar -- we need a dynamic, organised, and hands-on manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to deliver exceptional service with a smile.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the smooth day-to-day operation of both bars Manage and maintain stock levels including ordering, stock takes, and wastage control Line cleaning and cellar management in line with best practice Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance across both bar areas Provide outstanding customer service and set the tone for the guest experience Train, lead, and support bar staff to ensure consistency and quality Create and implement training plans for new starters and junior team members Collaborate with the GM and wider team to develop seasonal drinks menus and cocktail lists Support event bar set-ups and ensure service delivery is seamless for functions and high-volume days

What We're Looking For:

Proven bar management experience in a busy hospitality environment Strong knowledge of cellar management and line cleaning procedures Excellent customer service skills and ability to lead by example Experience managing multiple bars simultaneously Skilled mixologist with a passion for creating great drinks Organised, proactive, and capable of working well under pressure A natural team leader with a hands-on attitude

Pay: 12.60-13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
