Job Description

We're looking for a driven

Bar Manager

to lead the bar team at

Villas Brazil - Bar & Restaurant



WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

Proven experience in bar management with a successful track record.
*

Ability to

lead, train, and manage

a team confidently - including recruitment, performance reviews, and disciplinary processes.
*

Full flexibility to work across a

7-day rota

, including weekends.
*

Hands-on control of

stock management

, ordering, and accurate stock-takes.
*

Ownership of daily bar operations - resolving issues, managing team rotas, and ensuring smooth service.
*

Strong knowledge of

compliance and safety procedures

.
*

Ability to drive sales and bring

fresh ideas

to keep the bar ahead of the competition.
*

Confidence in managing cash, reporting, and hitting KPIs.
*

Ensure high standards in

service, cleanliness, and presentation

at all times.
*

Stay commercially aware and push the bar to be the

best cocktail spot in town
