As Bar Manager at Vino's, you'll be the heartbeat of the venue - ensuring service is smooth, guests are happy, and the team is motivated. We want someone who doesn't just manage, but brings personality, creativity, and leadership to the bar.

Duties

Supervise and train bar staff to deliver outstanding service and maintain high standards of hospitality. Oversee the preparation and presentation of beverages, ensuring quality and consistency. Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and controlling waste to optimise food production. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, adhering to hygiene standards. Assist in planning promotional events or special offers to enhance customer engagement.

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a bar environment. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with hospitality software systems is advantageous but not essential. A commitment to delivering high-quality service.

The rate of pay is to be confirmed depending on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From 12.71 per hour
