As a Bar Manager, you will oversee the efficient operation of the bar area within a hospitality establishment. You will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of service.
Duties
- Supervising bar staff and providing guidance
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies
- Creating drink menus and special promotions
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handling customer queries and complaints
- Training new employees on bar procedures
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a managerial role within a bar or restaurant setting
- Knowledge of food preparation and bartending techniques
- Strong team management skills
- Understanding of kitchen operations is advantageous
- Hospitality or hotel industry experience is desirable
