We are seeking a skilled Bar Manager to oversee our bustling establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and culinary services, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the bar, including staff supervision and customer interactions
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and uphold high standards of cleanliness
- Develop and implement innovative bar menus and promotions to drive sales
- Train and mentor bar staff on best practices in bartending and customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for beverages and supplies as needed
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
Skills
- Demonstrated leadership abilities to motivate and guide a team effectively
- Proficient in food preparation techniques and knowledgeable about food safety standards
- Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or culinary environment is advantageous
- Strong interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service
- Familiarity with bartending techniques and mixology is desirable
