## Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Bar Manager to oversee our bustling establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry, with a focus on bar management and team leadership.
## Duties
- Supervise daily operations of the bar area, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in line with regulations
- Utilise culinary knowledge to support food production and menu development
- Lead a team of bartenders, cooks, and other staff members, providing guidance and support
- Manage inventory, orders, and stock control to meet business needs
- Oversee the preparation of beverages and ensure quality standards are met
## Experience
- Previous experience in bar management or a related role within the restaurant industry
- Strong background in bartending, food preparation, and team management
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure
