Summary

As a Bar Manager at BORGO , you will play a vital role in overseeing our bar operations and ensuring that our customers enjoy top-notch service. Your leadership skills will help create an inviting atmosphere while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

Manage daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction. Supervise and train bar staff, fostering a positive team environment. Develop creative drink menus and ensure quality control of all beverages. Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the bar area. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to create pairing suggestions for food and drinks.

Requirements

Proven experience in a bar management role or similar position within the hospitality industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team. Excellent bartending skills with knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques. Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
