We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to oversee the operations of our bar. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in bartending and food production, with exceptional leadership skills to manage a team effectively. Duties
Supervise daily bar operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
Train and mentor bar staff in bartending techniques, customer service, and food preparation.
Create innovative drink menus that align with current trends and customer preferences.
Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns promptly to enhance the overall experience.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
Implement effective team management strategies to foster a positive work environment.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards.
Experience
Proven experience in a bartending role, preferably within a restaurant or hotel setting.
Demonstrated knowledge of food production and preparation processes.
