Duties

Provide outstanding customer service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently. Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders and answering any questions regarding the menu. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods. Demonstrate knowledge of menu items and ingredients to assist guests effectively. Handle payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not essential. Experience as a barista or in serving roles will be considered a plus. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills within the hospitality industry. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends as required. Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

Pay: Up to 12.30 per hour
