Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartenders to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a knack for creating delightful experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages in a fast-paced environment while ensuring the highest standards of service and food safety.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. Engage with customers, providing exceptional service and assistance to enhance their experience. Monitor customer behaviour and consumption of alcohol, ensuring responsible service at all times. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies as needed and tracking stock levels. Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment in compliance with health standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.

Requirements

Proven experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred. Or with no experience, if your keen we will teach. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods. Basic maths skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation measurements. Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanour, capable of creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs. A passion for hospitality and helping others enjoy their dining experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 12.21-15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 19 - 45 per week
