Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/Server to join our vibrant team for the summer . As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while expertly mixing and serving drinks. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing the overall dining experience. Must be available to work weekends.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. Assist customers with their drink selections, providing recommendations based on their tastes and preferences. Serve customers in the restaurant, take orders and serve food. Monitor customer behaviour to ensure responsible service of alcohol, adhering to all legal requirements. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper accounting of sales. Engage with guests in a friendly manner, fostering a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits.

Experience

Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry is essential. Strong knowledge of various drink recipes and an understanding of basic maths for handling cash transactions. Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively while maintaining quality service. A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional customer service is crucial for success in this role.

Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: From 12.21 per hour
