About the Role:

- Engage and serve our community of loyal patrons
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections
- Maintain a prestine bar and seating area, upholding the high standards of The red Lion.
- Restock bar supplies and inventory as needed
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- work primarily from 3pm to Midnight on week days and part of the shift from 12 noon to midnight on weekends

Experience:

- A heart for the community and genuine passion for hospitality
- Previous experience working in a bar or similar hospitality environment is preferred
- Knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages and their preparation methods
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
