Overview

We seek an experienced and dedicated Senior Bar Staff member to join our vibrant team. This role is pivotal in ensuring a high standard of service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in bartending, alongside skills in team management and food safety, to effectively supervise bar operations and contribute to an exceptional dining experience.

Duties

Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations, particularly food safety standards. Prepare and serve various beverages, including cocktails, wines, and soft drinks, while maintaining high presentation standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service complements bar offerings. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is well-maintained and functional. Engage with customers to provide excellent service, handle inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise during service.

Experience

Proven experience in a bartending role within a restaurant or hotel setting is essential. Demonstrated ability in supervising staff and managing a busy bar environment effectively. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well within a team-oriented atmosphere. A passion for delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining professionalism at all times.
