Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve preparing and serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to the overall guest experience.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with standard recipes. Maintain a clean and organised bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations to enhance their experience. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using basic maths skills. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders when necessary. Uphold high standards of customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred but not essential. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Basic maths skills for handling cash and processing transactions accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous. A friendly and approachable demeanour with excellent communication skills. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.50-13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
