We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a member of our bar team, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, serving customers, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Engage with customers, taking orders efficiently and providing recommendations to enhance their experience. Handle cash transactions accurately and manage the till effectively. Monitor customer behaviour to ensure responsible service of alcohol. Assist in restocking supplies and managing inventory levels as needed.

Skills

Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods. Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs. A helpful attitude towards customers and team members alike, fostering a positive environment. Knowledge of food safety practices to maintain hygiene standards at all times. Excellent hospitality skills, ensuring that every guest feels valued and welcomed.
