Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patrons while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve mixing and serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to a positive guest experience.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences. Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed. Ensure all food safety standards are adhered to during service. Handle cash transactions accurately, demonstrating basic maths skills for processing payments. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages. Assist in training new staff members when required.

Skills

Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during busy periods. Understanding of food safety practices to maintain a hygienic work environment. Excellent hospitality skills with a passion for helping others enjoy their experience. Previous bartending experience is advantageous but not essential; we welcome those eager to learn. Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs effectively. Experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred but not mandatory.
