Job Description
You must be able & willing to work early mornings (from 7am) and late nights (until 3am) with suitable means of transport to and from the hotel for this role.
Western House Hotel at Ayr Racecourse are currently recruiting for Bar Staff. The hotel comprises of 49 bedrooms, The Jockey Club Restaurant & extensive conference & banqueting facilities. We are a multi-award winning, 4-Star hotel that is a very popular wedding venue and is well established within the local community. In fact - we won Scotland's Best Wedding Venue at the 2023 Prestige Hotel Awards!
We are looking for people that have passion for working in a fast paced & high quality hospitality environment and take pride in what they do. You should enjoy exceeding guest expectations through excellent customer service, you should have a good knowledge of the drinks industry.
Experience in a similar environment is preferred for these positions, being a Personal License holder is also advantageous however not essential as full license training can be given. Rate of Pay - 12.21 to all staff over 18
