We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patrons while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to a positive guest experience.
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness at the bar area.
Engage with customers, providing friendly and efficient service while taking orders and offering recommendations.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, demonstrating basic maths skills for billing purposes.
Assist in the training of new staff members as required, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Maintain stock levels by monitoring inventory and assisting with ordering supplies when necessary.
Uphold the establishment's policies on responsible service of alcohol, ensuring guest safety at all times.
Skills
Proven experience in bartending or similar roles within the hospitality industry is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
A friendly and approachable demeanour, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated during quieter periods.

Pay: 12.21-14.00 per hour
