Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patrons while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for the hospitality industry, strong bartending skills, and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders and providing recommendations to enhance their experience. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, utilising basic maths skills for processing payments. Assist in restocking supplies and managing inventory levels to ensure smooth operations. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction. Adhere to all health and safety guidelines while working in the bar environment.

Experience

Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate. Familiarity with bartending techniques and beverage preparation is advantageous. Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively while maintaining high service standards. A commitment to food safety practices and an understanding of relevant regulations is desirable. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well as part of a team and provide help where needed.

This is a seasonal role till the end of October

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: 12.01-14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 50 per week
