We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a member of the bar team, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving drinks, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, utilising basic maths skills for payments. Assist in restocking supplies and managing inventory levels to ensure smooth operations. Work collaboratively with other staff members to deliver high-quality service during busy periods. Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, including responsible alcohol service practices.

Skills

Strong background in hospitality or restaurant environments, demonstrating excellent customer service skills. Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs effectively. Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers. Ability to manage time efficiently, particularly during peak hours of service. Previous bartending experience is advantageous but not essential; a willingness to learn is key. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well within a team.
