Job Description
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for bar staff to join our team. The ideal candidate should be at ease working in a busy bar/restaurant environment and have fantastic customer service skills.
Responsibilities and Duties
Ensure that bars are stocked with glasses, garnishes, drink mixes and ice
Build positive relationships with guests to ensure excellent customer satisfaction
Complete required cleaning tasks of all restaurant/bar areas and equipment
Serve all drinks with great presentation and care
Create new and exciting cocktail concepts
Assist waiting staff with food orders when required
Assist guests regarding all beverage menu items in an informative and helpful way
Have strong knowledge of beverage lists and any promotions
Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
Other duties as assigned
Person Specification
Must be over the age of 18
Previous bartending/cocktail experience not essential
Fantastic communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a pressured environment
Excellent time management
Hard working, reliable and good work ethic
Good personal hygiene
You must be fully flexible to work daytime, evening, and weekends on a rota basis.
