To be a successful part of our

bar team

you will need;

A positive, can do attitude towards all customers and other team colleagues Thirst for knowledge toward learning all things bar related, learning about spirits, wines, cocktails and the "perfect serve" to each customer Great communicator that enjoys interacting with customers in a

lively, fast paced environment

This work includes late hours / early hours shifts for bar/ club work- you need to be available to work a variety of these shifts

In return we ask for:

Give great service to guests - taking guests orders, serving drinks, taking payments and giving great service to customers Meet all site standards of service & work within the team leading to a great guest experience. Have/develop a good understanding serving coffees, alcohol and wine in a bars/club environment. Opening and closing shifts which will include very late nights/ early hours shifts over weekends & bank holidays on a pro rata basis A willingness to continue your development with both in-house and external training sessions.
