Job Description
Overview
As a bar staff at Port Mor, you'll be the face of our restaurant bar - serving drinks with efficiency and personality, ensuring guests have a warm, memorable experience, and maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) to a high standard Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional attitude Operate tills and handle cash/card payments accurately Keep the bar/drinks area clean, organised, and stocked throughout the shift Assist with stock control, restocking, and cellar management (kegs, lines, etc.) Work closely with the team to create a welcoming and lively atmosphere
Skills & Requirements
Previous bar/restaurant experience preferred but not essential (training provided) Confident, friendly, and great with people Strong multitasking skills in a busy environment Good knowledge of drinks, cocktails, and bar service (or willingness to learn) Flexibility with shifts (evenings, weekends, holidays) Reliable and professional with a positive team spirit
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 12 - 20 per week
Work Location: In person
