Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our team at Kings18.

As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will play a vital role in providing excellent service and creating an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in a professional and friendly manner. Take customer orders, handle payments, and ensure accuracy of orders. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Assist in preparing drink garnishes, cleaning/polishing glasses, and restocking supplies as necessary. Engage with customers in a polite and welcoming manner, ensuring a positive atmosphere. Monitor customer behaviour to ensure responsible service of alcohol and compliance with legal requirements. Support team members and management in maintaining smooth operations during busy shifts. Carrying out beer and postmix line cleaning Perform other duties as required to ensure the overall success of the bar and venue where required

Requirements:

Must be over 18 years of age. Previous bar experience is preferred but not essential. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organization. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
