Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will play an essential role in providing exceptional service to our patrons. Your responsibilities will include preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored. Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations to enhance their experience. Monitor customer behaviour and ensure responsible service of alcohol at all times. Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper change is given and maintaining a balanced till. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting any shortages or discrepancies.

Skills

Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during busy periods. Previous bartending experience preferred, with knowledge of drink preparation techniques. Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs effectively. Familiarity with restaurant operations and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. A passion for hospitality, with a friendly demeanour that enhances customer interactions. Willingness to help fellow team members as needed to ensure smooth operations during shifts.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21-14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week
