Job Description
Boston Bar is seeking motivated and outgoing individuals to join the team in our exciting new premises. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of a brand-new city centre venue.
As a member of the bar team, and often the first point of contact for customers, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our venue. Your responsibilities will include:
Ensuring customers are served in a timely manner
Maintaining a clean and well presented bar area during service
Providing recommendations for customers
Collaborating with the floor team to ensure smooth service
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
A desire to constantly develop cocktail and spirit knowledge
An upbeat attitude that contributes positively to the overall ambience of the venue
Experience making cocktails (Preferred)
The ability to keep service flowing efficiently during busy periods
In return you will get:
Basic wage +50p per hour performance bonus based on effort, consistency, cocktail & spirit knowledge

Please note, applicants must be over 18 years old and starting pay shown applies to individuals 21 years and older.
