Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. Your role will involve preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to the overall success of our establishment.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and care. Maintain a clean and organised bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Engage with customers, taking orders accurately and providing recommendations when needed. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods. Handle cash transactions and operate the till, using basic maths skills for accurate billing. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations. Assist in restocking supplies and inventory management as required.

Experience

Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Familiarity with bartending techniques and cocktail preparation is advantageous. A strong understanding of food safety practices is beneficial. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A friendly demeanour with a passion for helping others, ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 7.60-12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
