Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve preparing and serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is clean and in good working order. Interact with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders accurately and providing recommendations when needed. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices. Handle cash transactions efficiently, using basic maths skills to process payments accurately. Assist in restocking supplies and managing inventory levels to ensure smooth operation during busy periods. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to enhance the overall dining experience for guests.

Skills

Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is desirable however not essential. Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure the highest standards of hygiene are maintained. Bartending skills, including knowledge of drink recipes and mixing techniques. Strong time management abilities to efficiently handle multiple tasks during peak hours. Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing cash flow effectively. A willingness to help colleagues and contribute positively to the team environment. Over 18's only

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.55 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
