Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our sports club environment, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our club members while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will possess strong time management skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service in a potentially fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and lounge area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Engage with regular club members, serving drinks and providing a friendly environment to enhance their experience and encourage members to keep returning. Assist in restocking supplies and managing inventory levels as needed.

Experience

Previous bartending experience is highly desirable but not essential; we welcome candidates with the right hard-working attitude. We can teach most tasks on our bar. A good understanding of food safety practices is beneficial for maintaining health standards. Strong time management skills are crucial for handling multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment. Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with members and colleagues alike.
The bar is open on an evening-only basis during the week with extended hours during the weekend, so we are looking for someone on a part-time basis between 15-20 hours per week.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 18 per week
