Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve preparing and serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to the overall guest experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any queries or concerns promptly. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies. Assist in managing stock levels, including ordering supplies as necessary. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain a balanced till at the end of shifts.

Skills

Strong understanding of food safety practices to ensure a safe dining experience for guests. Excellent hospitality skills with a passion for providing outstanding service in a restaurant or bar setting. Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs effectively. Previous bartending experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate. Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. A willingness to help colleagues and contribute positively to the team environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21-13.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 16 per week
