Job Description
As a
Bartender at Kong Roof Garden & Bar, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. You'll play a key role in creating a vibrant atmosphere and ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience.Key Responsibilities:
Cocktail Preparation
: Create a variety of cocktails to a high standard, adhering to specification and presentation guidelines.
Customer Interaction:
Engage with guests, take orders, build rapport and provide knowledgable recommendations.
Maintain Bar Stock:
Keep the bar stocked, replenishing supplies as needed, and monitor inventory levels.
Bar Cleanliness:
Ensure the bar area is clean and tidy, maintaining high hygiene standards.
Adhere to Licensing Laws:
Ensure compliance with all relevant licensing regulations.
Requirements:
Bartending Experience:
Previous experience in a bartending role is essential.
Customer Service Skills:
Strong ability to engage with and serve guests effectively.
Availability
: Must be available for nights and weekends. This is a
