Duties

Serve a variety of beverages including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to customers promptly and courteously. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. Handle customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible serving practices at all times. Engage with customers to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere, enhancing their overall experience. Manage cash transactions accurately using basic math skills for billing purposes. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service delivery during busy periods. Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively during peak hours.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred but not essential; we welcome those eager to learn. Strong hospitality skills with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Basic knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism. Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively during busy shifts. A friendly demeanour with strong interpersonal skills for engaging with customers and team members alike.
