Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including real ales, wines, and soft drinks, ensuring quality and presentation meet our standards. Assist with food and drink preparation as required, adhering to health and safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, and responding to inquiries or concerns promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages during busy periods. Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by supporting colleagues during peak times.

Requirements

Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality or catering industry is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members. A proactive attitude towards helping others and providing outstanding service. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required. A passion for the hospitality industry and a willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation and drink mixing.
