We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a member of our bar staff, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and service.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks, with attention to detail and presentation. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, and responding to inquiries about menu items. Assist in food preparation as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper handling of glassware and utensils. Collaborate with kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure timely service for both food and drinks. Support banquet and catering events by setting up bars, serving drinks, and maintaining inventory levels. Uphold fine dining standards in all interactions with guests while providing a welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements

Previous experience in the food industry is preferred, with specific emphasis on fine dining experience. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Experience in serving, food preparation, and catering is highly desirable. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential. Previous experience as a barista or in hospitality roles will be considered an asset. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills within the bar environment.
